CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Upon cancellation of the transportation of services, where you,
the customer, are not at fault and have not canceled in violation
of the terms and conditions, all sums paid WorldStrides for services
not received by you will be promptly refunded by WorldStrides, unless
you otherwise advise WorldStrides in writing. WorldStrides is not
eligible to be a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution
Fund. This transaction is not covered by this Fund. You are not
eligible to file a claim against that Fund in the event WorldStrides
defaults.
WASHINGTON RESIDENTS
If transportation or services are canceled by WorldStrides, all
sums paid to WorldStrides for services not performed in accordance
with the contract between WorldStrides and the purchaser will be
refunded within 30 days of receiving the funds from the vendor with
whom the services were arranged, or if the funds are not sent to
the vendor, the funds will be returned within 14 days after the
cancellation by WorldStrides to the purchaser unless the purchaser
requests WorldStrides to apply the money to another travel product
and/or date.
